Hi my name is Josh Albert. I LOVE running and I started running the first week of October 2010 and have run everyday since. I mainly blog on this site about running but, from time to time will discuss other things that interest me.

In addition to my running, I work in retail. I'm an entrepreneur with my own inspirational personal development clothing line. I love computers and I also love learning as much as possible about marketing and branding. I went to the University Of Michigan and got a BA in Economics.
